The arrival of Peter Dundas, Roberto Cavalli’s new creative director has infused a welcome cocktail of bohemia and rock into the brand – including its fragrances.

The new Roberto Cavalli Pour Homme Uomo opens with a distinctive note of black violet contrasted with a very masculine counterpoint of hot and sexy saffron exerting a powerful stirring of the senses, amplified by a heart of honey facetted with lavender essence and cedarwood and mesmerizing oriental undertones of patchouli and tonka bean.

The Roberto Cavalli Uomo bottle itself is a striking manifesto of style – combining Cavalli’s theatricality and glamour with a rock and roll edge. The flask is made of heavy dark glass, embossed with the fashion house’s famous monogram and the crocodile scales a reminder of the Cavalli signature animal print.
