British Racing Blue

What you drop R145 million on, really is your business. A new jet, a downtown city block – hey, its your money. But some bloke with a touch of class and seemingly nowhere else to place a decent-sized wad of British pounds have just purchased 7 cars and a transporter in British connoisseur Dick Skipworth’s collection for a whopping £8.8 million. The legendary racing team, Ecurie Ecosse, won two consecutive Le Mans 24-Hour races in 1956 and 1957.

I say – money well spent.
