I am obsessed with luggage. Always have been. Which also makes me extremely picky. But when I spotted VELTWERK I must admit I couldn’t quite contain my excitement. The collection has everything I look for: functional and durable with contemporary aesthetic.

VELTWERK is range of handcrafted backpacks, laptop/iPad sleeves, satchels and lifestyle accessories designed with the discerning urban commuter in mind. Produced from locally sourced, vegetable-dyed leather and imported luxury felt, VELTWERK strive to use the best materials available from organic and natural fibers.

Each bag in the VELTWERK range tells a story and has been named after a famous field worker. Nice touch. My favourite? All of them!

Renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz is the latest artist to be celebrated in TASCHEN‘s massive “SUMO” series with a brand new release from the German publisher. The book includes images from over 40 years of work for the likes of Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair and Vogue in a comprehensive retrospective featuring some of Leibovitz’s most iconic imagery. No coffee table collection is complete without a copy of this edition.
